Robin Athletic Over 40s Rugby Union

The Pan Pacific Masters are on again and the Robins will be there front and center!

We will play grading games over 2 days (Thursday 11 Nov and Friday 12 Nov and then Finals on Saturday 13 November)

Games are social but when on the field the competitive juices will flow.

Basic Rules include:

• No rucking (a ruck is formed when the first player arrives to the breakdown)
• No Contested Scrums
• No Jumping in Lineouts
• No Kicking outside of your 22m (we don’t kick ever)
• Different Coloured Shorts means different rules

Accommodation

If required talk to Bumpy – we have booked rooms in Surfers Paradise for those who indicated early.

Chocolate Drive – except its not chocolate.

Everyone will be issued 2 cartons of bat beer (16 packs). You will be required to sell each 4 pack (8 total) at $20 each. So at a deadline yet to be announced you will be up for $160 into the kitty

You will be issued a nickname based on the little information we have on you – much of the time completely irrelevant to anything you have done, said or experienced. You can request names and numbers but you’ll almost be guaranteed to not get what you want.
